Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30‑day no‑change‑of‑mind return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive the website to request a return.
Eligibility for a return
A website is eligible for return only if it meets one or more of the following conditions:
• Unusable.
• Glitchy or repeatedly malfunctioning.
• Delivered in breach of the contract or agreed specifications.
You must provide proof of purchase and evidence supporting your claim. Acceptable evidence includes the order receipt, screenshots showing the site’s condition, and full records of communications between you and SiteScreen (client and SiteScreen messages).
How to start a return
To start a return, email all evidence and documentation in a single message to sitescreensupport@gmail.com. Submitting everything in one email helps us process your request faster.
What “all evidence” must include
Include the following in your return request:
• Proof of the website’s condition that makes it eligible under this policy.
• Proof that you are the owner or authorised representative of the website.
• The order ID and receipt or invoice.
• Screenshots of the entire conversation between you and SiteScreen relating to the order.
Assessment and outcome
Once we receive your request and evidence, we will review it and respond by email to confirm whether the return is accepted or rejected.
• If accepted: we will email a confirmation and request any remaining details needed to process the refund, such as bank details or the payment reference.
• If rejected: we will email an explanation and no refund will be issued.

Damages and issues
Inspect your website on delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions and non‑returnable items
The following are not eligible for returns: perishable goods; custom or personalised products; personal care items; hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
If you want a different product or service, the fastest option is to request a return and, once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union cooling-off period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days for any reason. In that case, the item must be returned in the condition received, unused, with tags and original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or card providers may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact sitescreensupport@gmail.com.
